gulliver's travels by jonathan swift

gulliver's travels was a pretty good book. it had adventure and suspense (yeah i say suspense because you never really knew what was going to happen to him.) you also start to think since the main character has so much troubles during his travel's that he would learn to stay home where it was safe but that wouldnt have made the book haha. i think all young boys and young girls to will like this book. so if you have kids and you would like to get them into reading please go pick this book of many up and let them reading.

myths of the norsemen by helene a guerber

myths of the norsemen breaks down all the myths that their are for you and gives you the what the author believes the myths are about basicly (at least that is how i felt about it) and it also compares norsemen myths to other myths. i do like this book and if you would like to read about and to understand myths of the norsemen then this is a book for you to read.

A Tale of Two Cities By: Charles Dickens

yep i just finished reading a tale of two cities. and i hate to say this but it was not that great of a book. to me it just seemed like charles dickens just carries every where in the book. i know there may be some out there who will like this book and you know if you like it that is good for you. i really didnt like. dont get me wrong i think charles dickens is a good writer. there is some of his books that i have read that i like. i need to find them up and reread them and blog about them lol. i wish that a tale of two cities had been a good book for me but it wasnt. it took me right a month to get it read. if you want to read this book read. do not let my views on this book stand in your way of reading it.

talyn by holly lisle

talyn is about this woman named talyn whose country and people has been fighting a war for over 300 years. there is this race of people who want to bring peace to both countries that are fighting this war. talyn and her battle buddies doesnt want this peace but there is nothing that they can do. one of the people that wants to bring the peace see talyn and falls in love with her. she thinks she loves him but she finds out that he is really only controlling her by magic (the same magic that he is teaching her) so she escapes with the help of two of guys who her country had been fighting with and the help of a healer that she has known all her life. the healer gets taken captured by her ex lover and his followers. so it is just talyn and the two guys that she has been fighting against. in the end she marries one of the guys that helps her escape and save her country and her family and the rest of the human race.

this book is a really good book. i recommend you go pick it up and read it. dont stop reading until you have it read. okay you can take food and bathroom breaks lol.
